Dr. Clark is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with special interest in shoulder and knee surgery. She attended medical school at the University of Calgary, and completed residency training in orthopaedic surgery at the University of British Columbia. During this training, she successfully completed a masters degree in Health Administration through the Sauder School of Business.

After qualifying in orthopedic surgery with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Clark spent a year in Norway for subspecialty fellowship training in arthroscopic surgery and athletic injuries at Oslo University Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Lars Engebretsen (Chief of Sports Medicine for the Norwegian Federation of Sports, Chief Physician for the Norwegian Olympic teams, Head of Medical Science for the IOC, co-chair of Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center). Dr. Clark gained valuable experience during the fellowship through her work with Dr. Engebretsen and the Norwegian Olympic Teams, and by acting as physician for Oslo's top division women's soccer team.

Dr. Clark joined Sea to Sky Orthopaedics in 2011, and holds an academic appointment in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of British Columbia. She came home from Norway with an interest in cooperative provision of health care, and continues to focus on improving the effectiveness of local orthopaedic care delivery in a multidisciplinary environment within the context of the Canadian health care system.

Dr. Clark has always prioritized an active lifestyle, and especially enjoys water and winter sports. She takes pride in helping Sea to Sky patients return to and maintain their pre-injury activity levels, and works with the same passion with weekend warriors as she does with Corridor-based Olympic athletes. Dr. Clark lives in Squamish with her husband and two very active sons.
